ABOUT COMMUNICATIONS
The RHSWSA Communications Department is dedicated to managing all aspects of the club’s communication efforts. Helps distribute information across all channels, keeping the entire RHSWSA community well-informed.
Collaboration Across Departments:
The Communications Department works closely with multiple teams within RHSWSA to ensure the consistent and effective delivery of messaging. We collaborate with event organizers, volunteers, and club leaders to develop compelling stories and share updates across all platforms, making sure each message is aligned with the club’s goals.
Leadership Structure:
The Communications Department is led by the Public Information Officer & Special Projects, who is responsible for overseeing all communication strategies and ensuring that messages are aligned with the club’s goals. This role works closely with the President and Website & PR Coordinator to ensure that communication is effective, timely, and accurate. These leaders manage the content creation process, review communications, and ensure that all external messaging is clear and professional.
