My name is Natalie De Meulder, and I am the Co-President and Membership Director of the RHS World Support Alliance (WSA), a student-led organization at Ridgewood High School dedicated to empathy, leadership, and global citizenship. Our mission—One Mission, One Heart, One World—guides our work in supporting TEEEM, a nonprofit that empowers communities around the world through education, healthcare, and entrepreneurship. As a leader within WSA, I focus on building a strong and engaged team of student members while helping set the direction and goals of our club. From coordinating recruitment and fostering member involvement to supporting internal collaboration, I work to ensure that every student in WSA feels connected, valued, and inspired to contribute to lasting global change.
