September 12, 2024 - Meeting Plan

Meeting Objective 

The September 12 meeting marks the start of the 2024-2025 school year for our club. This first gathering will be an important opportunity for us to set the tone for the year and establish our goals. During the meeting, we will:

1. Welcome all new club members and staff: We will introduce ourselves and get to know each other, fostering a sense of community and belonging within the club.

2. Discuss "What is our club and who do we support": We will outline the mission and vision of our club, providing clarity on our purpose and the causes we champion. This discussion will help everyone understand the impact we aim to make.

3. Collaborate with members to plan the year ahead: We will work together to create a comprehensive plan for the upcoming year, including key activities, events, and milestones. This collaborative effort will ensure that everyone's ideas and contributions are valued.

4. Brainstorm and set goals for fundraising and events: We will generate ideas for fundraising initiatives and events, setting clear and achievable goals. This brainstorming session will be crucial in defining our objectives and strategies for success
   

About Our Club

The RHS World Support Alliance is committed to supporting SOS Children’s Villages, providing love, care, and stable homes to orphaned and vulnerable children in 130+ countries. Through events and fundraisers, we aim to create a brighter future for those in need. Join us in making a difference for children worldwide.

Our 2024 - 2025 Plan 

This year, our club aims to achieve much more than we did last year. We plan to expand our membership base, with the goal of starting new clubs at BF and GW to prepare members for our main RHS Club. Additionally, we want to maximize our donations to our organization to continue supporting our primary cause. Lastly, we aim to raise sufficient funds to enhance our support efforts.
