Volunteer Information
Welcome to the RHS World Support Alliance Volunteer Information page!
To volunteer at our club fundraisers and events, every member must complete the following steps. If you have any questions about these steps or the associated rules, please reach out to Marc Dwihe at 08mdwihe@rpsnj.us.
Volunteering is more than just earning community service hours—it’s about the effort you put in to support our club's mission. Without our dedicated volunteers, we wouldn’t be able to host our successful events. We rely on our volunteers to be responsible and to assist in making each event a success.
When you sign up to volunteer, you’re joining a team effort. Your role is crucial to ensuring that each event runs smoothly and according to plan. Thank you for your commitment and support!
Step 3
When it’s time to sign up for a specific event, the volunteer sign-up form will ask you to confirm that you have completed the WSA Volunteer Registration Form.
Once you’ve confirmed, you’ll be all set to assist at club events. Please note that after each event, you will receive a form to report the total hours you volunteered. If you do not fill out this form, your hours will not be recorded.
Step 2
After you complete the WSA Volunteer Registration Form, you will receive an email from Google Forms with a copy of your registration. Please save this email as a backup for your records.
Once your form is submitted, you will be added to the WSA_Volunteer email list. This will ensure you receive updates about available volunteer opportunities.
At the End of the Year
At the end of the year, you will receive both a physical copy and an online version of your total volunteer hours. These records will be signed off by the club administration, including the club president and the club advisor.
